ABOUT

Lillie Bear-McGuinness

Lillie is the head chocolatier and owner of Abaissé.

 

Obsessed with confectionery from an early age, she has devoted her entire career to her craft.

 

From London to York, Edinburgh to Paris, she has trained all over the country and beyond to master the skills of a chocolatier.

When not cooking up new flavours, Lillie loves to paint and travel, sampling as many pastries as humanly possible. Her favourite city is Turino in northern Italy.

QUALITY ETHICAL CACAO FROM MADAGASCAR

Here at Abaissé we pride ourselves on using quality, ethically sourced cocoa nibs. Our little nibs come all the way from Madagascar,  bringing with them subtle hints of sweet vanilla and wholesome coffee. 

We make all our chocolate from the nibs at our Newcastle HQ.

All of our inclusions are house made, ensuring our products are always of the highest standard.
